Team Lead | Smart Traffic Signal Management System

The Problem

Existing traffic systems struggle with real-world civic challenges such as congestion, peak-hour traffic imbalances, and critical emergency response delays. Traditional signals aren't adaptive, leading to safety risks.

My Role & Solution

As Team Lead, I led the development of SignalSense at Woxsen University. I personally designed the adaptive traffic signal logic based on real-time traffic density and implemented the Emergency Vehicle Priority System (EVPS).
